How a property gets verified
The same three stages every time, whether the property is a plot or a tower.
Owner uploads evidence
Identity documents, deeds, tax receipts, utility bills and photos. OCR reads each one on arrival.
Automated checks run
Identity, ownership, title chain, encumbrance, tax, NOC, utilities, geolocation, photos, duplicates and price.
Certificate is signed
A SHA-256 fingerprint with RSA-2048 and HMAC signatures, verifiable by anyone without an account.
